BrainTrader Investments operates on a quarterly management fee structure. Fees are charged as a percentage of the total assets under management. There are no commissions associated with any of our programs, nor are there any transaction fees associated with the funds we trade.

All of the funds we trade are no-load funds , and BTI does not receive any compensation for using these funds. All investors must read the ProFunds prospectus before investing.

Fee Schedule:

• Up to $250,000 – 0.70% per quarter

• Up to $500,000 – 0.575% per quarter

• Up to $1,000,000 – 0.45% per quarter

• Up to $5,000,000 – 0.25% per quarter

• Over $5,000,000 – negotiable
